Terms of Service
Last updated: September 21, 2026
These Terms are written in plain language on purpose. If anything here is unclear, email tyler@gopherwallet.com before you sign up — we're happy to explain.
1. Who these Terms are between
GopherReply is operated by GopherOps ("we," "us," "our"). These Terms are an agreement between us and the business or individual that creates a GopherReply account ("you," "your").
By creating an account or using GopherReply, you agree to these Terms. If you're signing up on behalf of a business, you're confirming you have the authority to bind that business to this agreement.
2. What GopherReply does
GopherReply is a tool that helps small businesses respond to customer reviews and complaints. You paste in the text of a review or complaint, and GopherReply uses AI to draft a suggested response in your business's voice.
GopherReply does not post, send, or publish anything on your behalf. Every response GopherReply drafts is a suggestion — you review, edit if needed, and decide whether and how to send it. You are solely responsible for what you actually publish or communicate to your customers.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of the business you're representing to use GopherReply.
4. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Please let us know right away if you believe your account has been compromised.
5. Subscription, trial, and billing
GopherReply is offered as a paid monthly subscription, currently $15/month per business location, with a 7-day free trial. A payment card is required to start the trial, and billing begins automatically at the end of the trial unless you cancel before then.
Payments are processed by Square, Inc. GopherReply does not store your full card details — that's handled by Square directly.
We may change our pricing from time to time. If we do, we'll give existing subscribers reasonable notice before any change takes effect for their account.
6. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Settings tab in your account. When you cancel, you'll keep access through the end of your current billing period — we don't cut off access immediately, and we don't issue prorated refunds for the unused portion of a billing period.
7. AI-generated content — please read this one
GopherReply's drafted responses are generated by an AI model and are suggestions only. They are not guaranteed to be accurate, appropriate for every situation, or free of errors. You are responsible for reviewing every response before you send or publish it.
This matters most in serious situations — an injury, a safety incident, a legal threat, discrimination, or anything else where real liability could be involved. GopherReply's drafts are not legal advice, and for anything serious, you should involve your own manager, owner, or legal counsel rather than relying on an AI-drafted response alone.
We are not responsible for the consequences of content you choose to send or publish, whether or not you edited it first.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use GopherReply for anything illegal or to harm others
- Attempt to abuse, overload, or interfere with the service or the systems it relies on
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract the underlying software
- Resell or provide access to your account to anyone outside your own business
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.
9. Your content
You retain ownership of the review and complaint text you submit and the responses you ultimately send. By using GopherReply, you grant us a license to process that content — including sending it to third-party AI providers — solely to provide the service to you.
10. Third-party services
GopherReply relies on a small number of third-party providers to operate: Supabase (account data and authentication), Square (payment processing), and Anthropic (the AI model that drafts responses). More detail on how data flows through these services is in our Privacy Policy.
11. Intellectual property
The GopherReply software, name, and branding belong to us. Nothing in these Terms transfers any of that to you, beyond your right to use the service as intended.
12. Termination
You may stop using GopherReply and cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violating these Terms or for non-payment, and we'll make a reasonable effort to notify you if we do.
13. Disclaimer of warranties
GopherReply is provided "as is" and "as available." We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly suited to every situation. We do our best to keep things running smoothly, but we can't promise perfection.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability to you for any claim related to GopherReply is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including lost profits or reputational harm from a response you chose to send.
15. Indemnification
You agree to cover any claims, damages, or costs that arise from your use of GopherReply — including how you use, edit, or publish a drafted response — except where those claims result from our own violation of these Terms.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll post the updated version here with a new "Last updated" date. Continuing to use GopherReply after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
17. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
