Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 21, 2026
This explains what information GopherReply collects, why, and who it's shared with. If anything here is unclear, email tyler@gopherwallet.com.
1. Who this policy covers
GopherReply is operated by GopherOps. This policy applies to anyone who creates a GopherReply account or visits gopherreply.com.
2. What we collect
| Data | Why we collect it |
|---|---|
| Email address and password | To create and secure your account (handled by our authentication provider, Supabase — we never see your raw password) |
| Business name, your name, business type, and preferred voice | So GopherReply can draft responses that actually sound like your business |
| The review or complaint text you paste in, and the responses GopherReply drafts | To generate the response, and to keep a history of your past tickets so you can refer back to them |
| Billing details | Processed directly by Square — GopherReply stores only a reference ID for your subscription, never your full card number |
3. A note about the customer data in your reviews and complaints
The review and complaint text you paste into GopherReply may include information about your own customers or guests — a name, an order detail, a complaint about a specific visit. Please only include what's necessary to get a useful response, and avoid pasting in sensitive personal information (like a customer's financial or health details) that isn't actually part of the review itself.
4. Who we share data with
We don't sell your data. We share it only with the service providers that make GopherReply work:
- Supabase — hosts your account data and manages sign-in
- Square — processes payments and manages your subscription
- Anthropic — the AI provider whose model drafts your responses. The review or complaint text you submit is sent to Anthropic's API to generate a draft. Consistent with Anthropic's standard API terms, this content is not used to train their models.
- Resend — delivers the account emails GopherReply sends you (confirmation, password reset)
5. Cookies and tracking
GopherReply uses your browser's local storage to keep you signed in between visits. We don't currently use tracking cookies or third-party analytics on the site.
6. Security
We use industry-standard practices to protect your data — including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and database-level access controls that restrict your data to your own account. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to keep things safe.
7. Data retention
We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. If you'd like your account and its data deleted, email us and we'll take care of it.
8. Your choices
You can view and update your business profile any time from the Settings tab. To access, correct, or delete your data, or to ask any question about what we have on file, email tyler@gopherwallet.com — we'll respond promptly.
9. Children's privacy
GopherReply is intended for business use by adults. It's not directed at, and we don't knowingly collect information from, anyone under 18.
10. Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to how we handle your data, we'll update this page with a new "Last updated" date.
